Neha received her M.Phil. (Political Science) in 2014 from Savitribai Phule Pune University. For over 5 years, she worked as a lecturer for the UPSC aspirants. Neha is an accomplished administrator and communicator. Along with running the day-to-day operations of PRO, Neha contributes to the work of Flatworld Language Solutions.

Tanmay
President
Tanmay is an entrepreneur by profession; but a writer, researcher and activist at heart. He's an LLB and MSc (Communication studies) from the University of Pune. Tanmay is involved in socio-political activism for over 12 years and is a well-known RTI activist in the city. Tanmay writes extensively on socio-political issues for the leading Marathi newspapers and periodicals. He is an avid reader and enjoys cinema and sports.

Ankita is a commerce graduate and is pursuing law now. She has been involved in social activism in Pune for over a decade. She is a trustee of a well-known Pune based NGO Parivartan and has led several flagship projects of Parivartan effortlessly. Her expertise in data analysis and experience in civic activism is an asset for PRO. Ankita is an artist herself and enjoys painting.

Dr Sharda is a Law graduate who later on shifted to medicine and completed her MBBS. She is a multi-faceted personality. She has been involved in various social activities for almost four decades now and is known for her keen interest in sustainable development initiatives. Dr Sharda is an excellent pianist, a licensed aeroplane pilot, a writer, and a Tennis player.

Sughosh is currently an MBA student at IIM Ahmedabad. He has worked in political consulting after studying law at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Sughosh is working on civic education and engagement. He is deeply interested in Constitutional Law, Politics and Policy.

Ruchita is an economics graduate from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, currently pursuing a diploma in Governance and Government studies from IIGL. She revels in turning numbers into narratives. She started as an intern for the PRO's Municipal Budget Analysis initiative, and over the years, she has become one of the chief researchers and analysts for the project.

Shweta, an MA graduate in Political Science and International Relations, is driven by her passion. She works as an Assistant Professor at SP College, Pune and has served as a visiting faculty at Shankarrao Chavan Law College. Shweta successfully leads the City E-Governance Index project.
